We arrived late at night due to massive delays at Sydney airport. The key was exactly where we were told it would be. The bed was super comfy, My husband LOVED the shower! The location was on the main street, so it was close to town. It served as an excellent base to explore Rotorua. The room was surprisingly snug & warm considering the only heat source was an oil heater - in fact we ended up turning it off after a short while. We didn't use the internet very much, but when we did use it, it worked very well. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple meals. It served us well and for what we got, it was value for money. The welcome email from the owner/manager had some suggestions for restaurants etc.

We travelled from Auckland, my family of 5 stayed in the guest house. It had everything we needed, it was cute, beds were comfy, rooms were bigger than expected, house is unquie, property felt secure and safe and the staff were accommodating and friendly. You have heaters in each room, with electric blankets on every bed, really dose make a difference for those more chilly nights. The price for our stay was fair, and the cheapest at the time of booking by a few hundred dollars, value for money indeed!. It was close to all the activities we did, all your major shops, just a great hidden gem in my opinion. This property ticked all the boxes for my lot, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Pure motel, we will be back to visit again.

The location is great, just about 5 minutes drive to the CBD, and also very close to the Maori cultural centers. The size of the apartment was good and the beds were decent. The unit had all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare home cooked meals. The balcony was an added bonus.

We were going to be late getting into town (around 10pm on a week night) so called ahead and the owner was incredibly lovely, said it wouldn't be a problem at all and welcomed us really fast when we got in. He gave us a suprise room upgrade to a spa room which was amazing! Great size, comfy big bed and room, electric blankets, excellent shower. Made our whole trip better, thanks so much!!

Lots of space. Large kitchen with appliances, spacious lounge area, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Located just off the main road, with a couple of minutes drive to town. Supermarkets were very close.

It had all amenities, this particular room was close to my car park. Staff very polite and checked in to see how I liked my room. I only stayed a few hours to take a nap before heading back to Auckland

It was central to everything we wanted to visit in rotorua. Prior to us arriving I received useful information about local attractions and places to eat. On arrival warm friendly greeting abd walked to room and shown where I could park.

The area was excellent, quite, clean and the staff on the day my family and I checked in was really so nice, showed the map wherein interesting places were to check and visit, and the best thing was that he upgraded the 2 bedroom unit to 3 bedroom unit.
